Authorize Staff to Purchase Two (2) 2015 ½ Ton 4-Wheel Drive Extended Cab Pick Ups from Billion Auto for $51,012 Using State Bid Contract

Summary:

This purchase is to replace a 1999 Dodge Durango and a 2003 Ford Ranger. The Durango has had severe mechanical issues and the Ranger was totaled while parked in the 5th Street Lot by an uninsured motorist. Local dealers were not able to match the State Bid Price. This is a 2014 Budget Item as the original Dealer was unable to fulfill the order placed with the December 2014 Authorization to purchase
